HD Telecom, Inc. has sold testsets in the USA since 1987. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Henri Depaepe Company of Paris, France. HD Telecom is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, and operates as the US sales and marketing organization for the telecommunications products designed and manufactured by Henri Depaepe Company.  All of our testsets are made in France.
